Mary Allison Moseley (Allison) is Licensed in South Carolina as a Professional Counselor (LPC) and is a Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol) and Associate Fellow (AFBPsS) registered with the British Psychological Society. She has attained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling, Post-Graduate Diploma in Psychology, and an Advanced Practitioner Diploma in Counseling Psychology. She is a member of Psi Chi, The International Honor Society in Psychology and assists with chapter organizations to support student training and further psychology outreach.
Allison has over 20 years of experience in clinical, community, research, and private psychological/mental health sectors in the US and UK. She works with teens, young adults, adults, families, and couples. Allison is trained in a range of therapy approaches and works primarily with a relational style utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) while expressing a genuine, respectful, and non-judgmental perspective, focusing on relational themes and factors, to assist clients in identifying problematic patterns.
Allison’s therapy is goal oriented, often solution focused, and guided by pillars of objectivity, compassion, empathy, growth, awareness, and insight. She offers a holistic view of life struggles and assists clients to discover what works for them and how best to navigate their experiences to improve overall wellbeing.
